Sunday Meditation

Welcome to our weekly Sunday meditation session, suitable for both beginners and advanced students alike. Our practice begins with a relaxing 10-minute guided breathing meditation, followed by an exploration of thought observation techniques designed to help you find how your mental stories manifest. We will then discover the art of being fully in the present moment of our life to experience ultimate freedom, peace and harmony. Afterward, we’ll delve into the training and the practice of single-pointed concentration, a powerful tool to strengthen your mind and find calm in times of distress and emotional turmoil.

Every Sunday 19:00 – 19:45
