Counselling
Lama Rinzin’s counselling is primarily based on the principle of compassion and openness. Mindfulness techniques are applied and are a valuable approach to addressing psychological issues. This approach emphasises the importance of cultivating awareness and acceptance of the present moment, rather than trying to change or control anything. The technique can help clients develop a deeper understanding of their thoughts and emotions, and learn to respond to them with greater compassion and non-judgment, Additionally, the Buddhist concept of impermanence help clients to embrace change and let go of attachment to negative thoughts and emotions.
Lama Rinzin is currently offering counselling to people who are suffering from psychological issues on a donation basis for up to three sessions. Individuals are kindly requested to adhere to their scheduled appointments so that the opportunity is not wasted for others in need. Counselling services are available both in-person for residents in the Limerick, Ireland area and online via Zoom. To request an appointment, please fill out the inquiry form and provide three possible time slots, along with your current country of residence.
Once we receive your inquiry, you will be asked to complete a consent form, which you should then send back to us via email. It’s important to note that the counselling appointment will not be finalised and confirmed until we receive the completed consent form.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
